That Brown Show -- "TBS"

 

That Brown Show (TBS) is a blend of many different Indian American performance styles in one colorful show. The show's name affectionately mocks the ecclectic nature of the variety of the acts, as the scenes in TBS vary from modern Bollywood team dances to the very traditional music and dance of Sahana; the student group that organizes That Brown Show. Because TBS features so many organizations and so many types of performances, it can be difficult to summarize the show. The best way to understand the experience that is TBS is to watch the show itself. There are numerous videos online that showcase the diverse nature of the show. The cooperation of modern and traditional, Indian and American cultures are what help make That Brown Show unique. This cooperation must be experienced to be best understood, and what better way to experience the show than by watching it!
